I am writing to you in regards to my second order (9620), a prescription mask. I had made my first order several weeks earlier and unfortunately I had my mask stolen less than a week after I purchased it. I had gotten to try it and was very pleased with it. After waiting several days in hopes some good soul would return it and having no luck, I ordered a second mask via the internet. I was surprised when I received a phone call from you making sure that it wasn't a mistake and then even more surprised when you shipped the second mask for free.
I want to commend your company for doing this for me. On the invoice you wrote "people suck, but we don't..." I most heartily agree. I have already recommended you to several of my friends. It is nice to see a business where the bottom line is not as important as good customer relations. This is refreshing. Thanks so much.
