Not only did I receive some great advice when I called Customer Service to place my order, but you gave me a great deal on a package that was custom designed to my needs. Then you shipped it out so that I had it the next day. I was so pleasantly surprised. When I opened the package to find that there was a snorkel in a color different than I had ordered, I called you to find out that you were out of stock, but had sent me a replacement to make sure that I had my items in a timely fashion. The ultimate solution was very much to my satisfaction. You reshipped me the mask and fins in a color to match the snorkel that I received so that I would have a color matched set – which is what I wanted. That arrived the next day as well, and I was all set up to go on my cruise with no worries about having the best snorkeling gear that I could get my hands on. I appreciated your cooperation and understanding. Thanks so much for working with me, and making sure that I was a happy customer.
