If you're not comfortable placing your order online via our secure server, there are four other methods for ordering.

Phone: Simply call our toll free customer care desk at 1-888-597-8445 (or 1-888-597-8445 for international customers outside the USA and Canada. International rates apply). Our courteous and knowledgeable staff will be able to take your order over the phone and answer any questions you may have.

If you would like to add any items to your existing order: Simply place an order for the desired items and you may leave a note in the “customer comments” section at the end of the check-out process saying, “Please ship this order with order number___." Once the order comes through, we will remove the shipping charge from the new order and ship it along with your other order.

Please contact Snorkel-Mart Customer Care as soon as possible.  We try to get our orders packed and shipped out the same day that they are placed. Unfortunately, sometimes after a shipment is already picked up for that day, we cannot make a change to it. In most cases, we will need to place another order and include a prepaid shipping label for easy return of the unwanted items. In most cases, it's best to contact us as soon you know that you need to make a change or cancel your order.

At protecting your privacy is a top priority. When you place an order with you can rest assured that your personal and financial information is secure. collects two types of information about our customer in order to properly complete your transaction. We collect personal information, such as your Name, your Mailing Address and your E-mail Address. We use your Name and Mailing address to ensure that UPS or other carrier is able to deliver your order to you. We collect your email address in the event that we need to contact you with questions about your order. We do not sell or give your personal information to any other third party or their agents.

Your financial information, such as your credit card info will also be collected by Online-orders are encrypted to ensure your complete protection and privacy. Our SSL server uses encryption technology by GeoTrust.

At your financial information is held in the strictest confidence.

When you enter your credit card information online via our secure server, your credit card is not automatically charged.

Your order and credit card information is then sent and stored on our secure server in encrypted format. At this point we can confirm if all items are in stock (and inform you if they are not), then your credit card charged and your order is packed. At Snorkel-Mart you will never be charged for out of stock items.

Shipping rates are based on the table below. Any order within the continental USA qualifies for FREE Ground Shipping!

Snorkel-Mart's default shipping method to the lower 48 States is via FedEx Ground. We offer all FedEx shipping services so you may choose expedited shipping if desired. Our default shipping method to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and US Military addresses is via USPS Priority Mail; Canada and other international destinations is via USPS Global Express Mail. All orders shipped via FedEx are subject to the in-transit shipping times as published by FedEx. Snorkel-Mart offers all FedEx services so you may elect to expedite your order if need be.

When we receive your order, it is either shipped on the same or next business day (the exception would be for a custom prescription mask, which takes 7-10 business days before shipping). Once your order is shipped you will receive a FedEx tracking number which can be used to track your package.

Orders shipped to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, and other international destinations are typically shipped via USPS. The shipping time for these shipments is dictated by USPS and can take anywhere from 3-10 days.

Canadian customers may wish to call us at 1-888-597-8445 for an overview of shipping options and related costs / transit times. retains a very close relationship with our vendors and the items we offer are very rarely out of stock. On the few occasions that we are out of stock on an item, it is usually because our vendor is also out of stock.

If your order contains an out of stock item, we will contact you for instruction on how to proceed. We do not backorder items. As it is our policy not to charge your credit card until your order has been completely packed and checked, you will never be billed for out of stock items.

We do work very hard at keeping our website up to date, as such we do our best to keep out of stock items off the website or indicate that they are out of stock.

There are two types of returns.

General Returns are covered under our 30-day general return policy.

If you have any issues with your order please give us a call first. If you need to make a return, please attach a copy of your invoice and return the unused product with all of the manufacturer's original packaging to

General returns must be shipped in an appropriate shipping container / box. Please ship pre-paid and insured, as will not be responsible for the shipping charges either way on general returns.

Exchanges are a normal part of every business, and Snorkel-Mart makes it easy.

If you have received an item that you wish to exchange (perhaps your fins are just a tad too big), just call our Customer Service line at 1 (888) 597-8445! While you will need to pay shipping one way to receive your new item, we�d be more than happy to include a prepaid FedEx shipping label in the box so you may return your unused item! (Note that we cannot accept any items for refund that have been used in water or have been visibly scratched or scuffed. Keep in mind also that Custom Ground Rx lenses cannot be refunded as they are ground specifically for your Rx.)

Absolutely! The majority of Deep Blue Gear products sold by come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defect, effective from the date of purchase.

Returns under warranty are extremely rare, however should your product be suspected of a manufacturer's defect please call us at 1-888-597-8445 and we will be glad to help you with your warranty issue.

There's nothing worse than waiting around with no information... at Snorkel-Mart we do our best to "keep you in the loop".

When you place your order online you will immediately receive an email confirmation indicating you order number. Within the following 48 hours (2 business days) you will receive a second email confirming that your order has shipped, this email will (in most cases) include a tracking number that may be used to track the shipping progress of your order.

At any time, you may visit our Order Status page to view the status of your order. You will need to enter your email address (the same one used when you placed your order) and your order number.
