Returns, Refunds & Warranty
Thank you for allowing us to service your snorkel gear needs! We greatly appreciate your business and hope that your shopping experience is pleasant. Please contact us immediately if you have any issues related to your order. We welcome your feedback and urge you to inform us if you feel that any segment of your transaction was not handled in the most professional manner. We want to hear all feedback; don’t hesitate to pass along your positive comments too.
What is the return policy?
We cannot accept any items that have been used in water or have been visibly scratched or scuffed. In addition, please keep in mind that Custom Ground Rx lenses do not qualify for return or exchanges.
Returns are eligible for 30 days after purchase
If you have to return your order please include a copy of your invoice with a brief explanation of why you are returning the goods and ship the unused product with all of the manufacturer's original packaging to Snorkel-Mart.
Returns must be shipped in an appropriate shipping container or box. Please ship pre-paid and insured, as Snorkel-Mart will not be responsible for shipping charges or losses on general returns.
Upon receipt of your returned product, Snorkel-Mart will immediately issue a refund via check or a credit issued to your credit card.
Exchanges are a normal part of every business, and we make it easy!
If you have received an item that you wish to exchange (perhaps your fins are just a tad too big), call our Customer Service line at 1 (888) 597-8445, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org! We'd be more than happy to include a prepaid FedEx shipping label in the box so you may return your unused item! Please send the original item back to us within 30 days of purchase. After the original item(s) is received and inspected, your refunds will be issued.
Holiday Season Return & Exchange Policy
We understand that gift giving can be stressful, and not everything will be a perfect fit. Whether you shop early in the holiday season, or love to grab gifts last minute, we've got you covered. All orders placed between Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day are eligible for return or exchange until January 31st. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out to our customer care team!
Does my order come with a warranty?
Snorkel-Mart takes the guess work out of shopping online. In addition to our return policy, many of the products we sell are backed by a firm manufacturer's warranty.
The majority of Deep Blue Gear products sold by Snorkel-Mart.com come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects effective from the date of purchase.
Returns under warranty are rare, however should your product be suspected of a manufacturer’s defect please call us at 1-888-597-8445 and we will be glad to help you with your warranty issue.
